We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account. When you use Agoroam, we also collect data about the trips you create, the votes you cast, and the itineraries you build. We do not sell this data.
Your data is used to run the Agoroam service: syncing trips across devices, sending notifications, powering AI suggestions, and processing payments through Stripe. We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the product.
We share data with a small number of trusted service providers: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI suggestions). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can also request a full export of your data by emailing hello@agoroam.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security on our database to ensure users can only access data they are authorised to see. We conduct regular security reviews.
