By creating an account or using Agoroam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Agoroam. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
You may use Agoroam to plan trips, collaborate with others, and access features available on your subscription tier. You may not use Agoroam to send spam, harass other users, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
You own the content you create in Agoroam: your trips, itineraries, notes, and lists. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to you and the members of your trips. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
We aim to keep Agoroam available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or update the service at any time. We will notify users in advance of planned downtime where possible.
Agoroam is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from your use of the service, including trip plans that do not go as expected. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Agoroam after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
